Creative Wellbeing for Theater Artists:
Mental Clarity, Emotional Resilience & Community
lead by Chelsey Shannon
Each artist holds a unique power to overcome challenges, it’s just a matter of remembering, discovering and using the supports we have to do so. In this workshop, we will examine three elements of Creative Wellbeing through discussion, interactive exercises and self reflective prompts. Through this process, the Artists will reflect on the mental, emotional and social supports they hold and craft an approach to dealing with challenges.
